Sr. Dr. Angelina Julom completed her Master and PhD degree in the University of Santo Tomas Graduate School in 2004, with a grade of Magna Cum Laude. As a PhD student, she became interested in the field of Neuropsychology and took the challenge to develop a Neuropsychological Assessment for Mild Cognitive Impairment of Filipino older adults. The newly developed and validated Neuropsychological Assessment got a grade of Magna Cum Laude, and she graduated in 2009, with a grade of Cum Laude

Dr. Portia Lynn Quetulio-See
is an assistant professor in the
UST Department of Psychology whose expertise include Behavioral Statistics and Neuropsychology.  She was also a practicing clinical psychologist at the Neurodevelopmental Unit of the University of Santo Tomas Hospital as well as an associate member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines.

Dr. Roann Munoz Ramos is a clinical psychologist, faculty member and university researcher. She obtained her BS Psychology (Magna cum laude), MA Clinical Psychology (Summa cum laude) and PhD Clinical Psychology from the
University of Santo Tomas. She also did part of her PhD as a Katholischer Akademischer Auslaender Dienst (KAAD) scholar of the Federal Republic of Germany at Universitaet Tuebingen. She is currently involved in research on reading problems among schoolchildren.

Dr. Joy Rigonan-Tungol earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology as Magna Cum Laude at the University of Santo Tomas last June 2009. It was also in the same university where she finished her Bachelor’s Degree in BS Psychology on March 1992. She obtained her MA in Education in School Psychology at the Philippine Normal University on March 2002. She worked as a psychometrician at Via – Mare, Inc. and Toyota Bel-Air on Nov. 1992 to May 1993 where she was trained to deal with testing and measurement. This had led her to become more interested to further develop her skills in Test and Measurement through teaching the subject  at NewEraUniversity where she first taught in 1994.  After finishing her  MA thesis on the Development of Aggression Inventory Scale (AISA) in 2002, she was involved in several consultations on test development. At present, she is an Asst. Professor  in the Department of Psychology at the University of Santo Tomas where she still teach Testing and Measurement as one of her forte.
